Two small packets of cards are shown and they are seen to be in sequence ace through to eight of the same suit (say hearts) The performer has one set and the spectator the other set. The performer keeping the red backed set. Both sets of cards are counted face down a number of times and the order is shown to be ace through to eight again. The same process is repeated. The spectator waves a small magic wand and now the performers reversed in order.
